Jagad Guru: That I don't need to conclude that because there is no material self, therefore there is no self. I can conclude instead, I can have my conclusion based upon number one, the reality that I know I exist. I know I exist and this is the fundamental reality that I can never give up. I know I exist, my self-awareness. Therefore, instead of giving up my self-awareness, I give up the materialist worldview which cannot explain my selfawareness.

Some Intelligent People Don't Have a Brain
Something that's recently come up, we'll go into it more in depth in another show but just... I just want to mention it now, and that is that they've recently discovered, scientists have recently discovered that certain people don't have brains. Quite a few people don't have any brains. Their cranium is actually filled with spinal fluid and these people have very good grades in school and you know are straight A students in college, some of them, okay. Now these people know that they exist. They don't even have a brain, okay? But they exist.

Perception Takes Place in the Mind, But the Perceiver Is Separate from the Mind

All perception takes place in the mind and the person is viewing that information as it appears on the mind.

So no matter whether it is extra sensory perception which is what you're describing here, whereas somebody can see by, you know, having something under their arm or whatever. Or you know, whatever other means of extra sensory perception there is. All perception really takes place in the mind. Extra sensory perception or when you look at something in your eye, or with your eye, you're not really seeing it with your eye. Your eye is not seeing anything. The eye is not the seer. Nor is it even appearing on the eye, the eyeball. But somehow information goes to the mind and that information which is appearing on the mind is then perceived by the self.
